Who is Uncle Earl?
Uncle Earl is my Father. I have his name but, no one calls me Uncle Earl not even my nieces and nephews.
Uncle Earl is the man who taught me about the Blues and who taught me about BBQ.
He is the man who showed me how a good meal and good music can bring strangers together and make a family.
Who is Sister Rosetta
Rosetta is my 250 Gallon Smoker named after Blues Legend Sister Rosetta Tharpe and she is my Partner in Que. When my eyes are half open 4:30 in the morning , Ole Rosetta is always ready to go.
