Ms. Alyce Sardin is a native of Chicago south side. Alyce has an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ms. Sardin has been cooking, creating and serving in hospitality for over 10 years.

As I watched how my grandmother cooked and how her food would bring people together (there was an expectation of her cooking) I never knew a seed was being planted in my soul. The seed flourished when she passed away.
