Simple, Easy, Airfried potato wedges.
Ingredients :1 lb Idaho Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Old Arthur's Bootleg dry rub taster packet
1. Cook your potatoes until just before fork tender (Instant Pot, 4 minutes/HIGH pressure and quick release or boil for approx 6 minutes on a stovetop)
2. Drain the potatoes, place them in a mixing bowl, add oil and seasoning and toss to coat. Potatoes will be soft, so be gentle! The starchy coating is great for sticking the rub to the potatoes.
3. Next, place in airfryer at 400F, for 10-15 minutes or until a crisp exterior forms.
4. Enjoy the best airfried potato wedges you've ever tasted!
