Banzo Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies

This recipe was developed by our student team from Loyola University Chicago's Dietetics Internship program.

This recipe makes 10 cookies

Ingredients :

1 cup Gluten Free Flour
3 Taster Pack (3oz) of Banzo Butter Original
3 Tbsp of White/Cane Sugar
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1.5 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1.5 Tbsp Non Dairy Milk
1/4 Tsp Salt


Recipe :

1. Preheat Oven to 350 F, and line baking trays with parchment paper

2. Whisk together dry ingredients (baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, sugar, flour)

3. Mix together wet ingredients (Banzo Butter, Vanilla, Coconut Oil, Non Dairy Milk)

4. Use an electric mixer to gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

5. Use a scoop to measure the dough and roll 1" balls

6. Place each ball onto the lined baking tray

7. Bake for 8-10 minutes

8. Allow to cool before serving.
